Jesolo Lido will once more celebrate September with the traditional and extremely folkloristic Wine and Grapes Festival, very beloved by tourists, especially by the foreign ones. A bringing forward of the event will take place already on 3rd September on Rivo Alto square – Pinewood zone – while the height of the festival will follow on 10th and 11th September along the streets and on the squares of the resort with the cheerful and coloured parade of allegorical floats, representing the rural life of the past. They will cheerfully distribute litres of very good local wine and about 120 quintals of grapes.

Jesolo Euro Beach Cup - International Tournament of Tennis on wheelchair I.T.F. (Italian Tennis Federation)- The Euro Beach Cup of Jesolo proves to be and important and prestigious Stop of the ‘Wheelchair Tennis Tour’, a world-wide Tennis tournament on wheelchair that usually begins in January with the Australian Open in Sidney, goes on in Melbourne, then little by little reaches all most important cities in the world and ends in October with the US OPEN in the U.S.A.. Jesolo’s Euro Beach Cup is organized by the Sport Association ‘Jesolo Sport for paraplegic people’ and can boast the best international athletes of all categories (men, women, quad und juniors), who will challenge each other in about 140 matches, offering to the audience about 200 hours of fascinating show. - Info +39 0421 370601

14/09/2005  - 18/09/2005  Off-Shore World Championship CL 3 2/4 LT
The U.I.M. (World Motorboating Union) and the Italian Motorboating Federation have assigned to the Tourist Harbour of Jesolo nothing less than the Off-Shore World Championship in single lap, Class 3 2/4 LT. To the race are participating the crews from Italy, France, Turkey, England, Sweden, Finland, Norway and United Arabian Emirates, for a total of 25 boats, which will start from the sea stretch in front of the ‚Hotel delle Nazioni’ and go towards the dock of Cortellazzo, then will tack in direction of the dock ‚Piave Vecchia’ and finally will go back to the starting alignment. The boats will go this way eight times. As the world championship is in a single lap, there will be three competitions in the days of Thursday, Friday and Sunday. For the Saturday – break day – there is another connected event scheduled, a free motorboating training for young people under 12, with a rubber dinghy freely put at disposal by the Federation.

15/09/2005  - 26/09/2005  European Table Tennis Championships for disabled people
No doubt a first-class and prestigious event for the town of Jesolo, not only from a strictly sports point of view, but as well as concerning the resort’s image, as it is a proof of the first quality of its facilities – evidently considered up to such an important event.- The championships, organized by the no-profit-making Ognization 'ASHa Fox',which obtained the assignment and organization of the event from the Eropean Paralympian Committee and from the FISD (Italian Sport Federation for disabled), will concern about 850 persons among athletes (about 400) and their technical and sports entourage. The event will represent among other things an important step towards the future Paralympic Games of Peking (2008).- Together with the championships there also will be some further connected events, among which five important workshops.
