Cancellation Policy.
1. Check-in begins at 1:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Check-out is 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
2. Reservations are considered as confirmed after the release of details of a credit card to guarantee the booking (just as a guarantee, the payment is provided at the hotel) or a deposit (€ 250.00 per room) paid by bank transfer / paid online through our web site.
3. Reservation can be canceled without penalty within 10 days from the proposed date of arrival by giving written notice via mail or fax.
